I had a great experience with Charlotte’s Pilates classes! She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I did a 1:1 session first to learn the basics, then joined her class at the MBS Centre. She caters to all abilities, and I definitely felt the workout afterward! Highly recommend!
